TG: That's how I trade FX 90% of the time. I enter my limit orders a few hours before London opens and then go to sleep. I wake up really early and if the break out was triggered and profitable, sell half and let the other half ride till I get to work and then close it.

I used one months of my blog advertisement to buy two goats for random families via Worldvision once. I thought that was the coolest thing ever. Do you do that?

World Vision is a fine charity. I've been a contributer to them for over 3 years and my wife and I have each sponsored a child. One is in Sri Lanka and the other in Cambodia.

The best part of being a sponsor is getting the letter and pictures. My wife donated an extra $100 to her child in Cambodia and they used that money to buy the entire village school books and pencils for each child. The sponsor child got clothes and some other needed items.

Imagine, all that for $100 USD!

I think working out helps your trading. Before I got sick I worked out twice a week with the main goal to lose weight.

I noticed that working out made me sharper at finding new opportunities in the market. I never believed it until I experienced it. :)

I'm not scared to holding a position overnight, especially in forex, assuming I have my stops and other risk measures in place.

My biggest problem is exiting the trade.

Dave said it, when the shop is closed you can do other things like writing a coffee blog :)

The way I look at it is this way, if you can maximize your margins in the least of time, you're doing good. Time is the most valuable resource we all have.

Yeah I see lots of similarities.

The last line about "lions pushing her off so she and her cubs have to eat fast' reminds me of us little traders in relation to the big money and how we have to take our profits and run.

Yeah the AUDUSD chart looks ugly but my guess is that we'll see parity next year in this currency pair.

Mine is Worldvision,org. I sponsored a kid in Sri Lanka and I donate $30/month. On her birthday and Xmas, I send an extra $100 which is spent on her and the family for things like shoes, clothes, books, etc.

One way I stay in the game is to sell half your position at 1R or so. This way you can keep it in the game in case you see a bump when London and USA opens.

Yeah I watched that activity with great interested and then updated my trend model. Although the trend, at first glance, looks over, its actually bouncing on the trendline.

My revised model still remains UP for the Aussie D.
