I have to admit that I'm one of those people who runs to Wiki every time I discover something I don't know much about. We live in an age where we need info fast, and Wiki delivers. It isn't completely reliable though, and I have even had a professor receive credit for a work we didn't create on that website. This is just another step in the digitization of our world!

I think it's funny that Google is now the all powerful internet dictator...or at least is hoping to be. Interesting that "look up" is now synonymous with Google...
Cringley might be a little out there in his comparison to Reagan and the Cold War, but I suppose there's so much action from Google right now that's it's hard to ignore.

I was initially a skeptic of abolishing no-follow, but this article makes a good case. By crippling the spammers we're also preventing people with good contributions from receiving any recognition. Let's spread the love!
