Hey Ben,
Check your Akismet, I commented earlier, and even sent you an email. If I use my regular address, Akismet eats my comments.

Hey Aaron,
With the problems that P-O-M has had recently, I found another service that will ping all the same basic services.
It's called King Ping http://fgiasson.com/pings/ping.php
I have used it on days that P-O-M was down and it seems to work well.
Thought you might like to pass it on for emergencies.

Hey Cary,
Isn't amazing how many people seem to forget about what they are writing and concentrate on selling themselves?

in Internet Community: Blogs vs. Forums on Technosailor
Hey Aaron,
I agree that there are Big differences between the two.
A Blog (Web Log) is omni-directional, even with comments it is still started from a central point (Blogger).
A Forum (open debate) is multi-directional, any one can open the conversation on any topic they choose.
Just my 2 cents

Hey Aaron,
Sorry, don't know any other way to talk.
I have a post on my blog regarding the same thing. Can I just copy the post here, or would you prefer a link?
I am going to register, I would just like to know so I don't plagarize myself...LOL

Hey Aaron,
Today I found out that Google's AdSense referral program has changed. It was, when I started using them, a good deal. Refer someome to AdSense and you get $100 after the referee made their first $100.
Now it seems, without notice, they changed it to $100 if your referee makes $100 within 90 days.
I know from experience that a new AdSense account takes time to build, much longer than 3 months. How do they expect anyone or any company to continue referring people if they know that the likelyhood of getting payment is nill?
I think Google may lose a lot of referrals over this.

Hey Aaron,
Regarding your post yesterday, The Value of Blogging.
Did you happen to read Darren's post on his forray into Professional Blogging today.
I think it answers some of the more pertinent questions on the subject.
Joe
ps. It takes a lot to open the Mic to everyone. J.

Hey Aaron,
I am in the same boat as you, trying to make a living online. Yes, I think it can be done, or I would try something more "normal".
I think it helped that you got a nod from Darren, that's where I found your Blog & now visit it often.
Keep on truckin'

Hey Aaron,
I think this is important enough that I wrote a post about it today on my Blog and put it on my WAH Webpage.
I hope Bloggers and Webmasters alike write enough about the intrusion on our privacy that the Traditional Media gets in on the act.
Only if we put a stop to it now, will we have the freedom of speach (Bush's signing the anti-comment law last week) and privacy guaranteed by law.
Sorry for the Rant, but that's how I feel.

Hey all,
This is my first time making a comment on this site. I picked it up on Darren's Blog (ProBlogger).
Something I read this morning in the Newspaper really disturbed me, so much so that I will write a post on my own blog later.
US Government wants Googles Search records...
At first I didn't see anything on it anywhere on the net until I visited the forum at SearchEngineWatch.com
I would like to hear your views on the subject
Thanks,
Joe
