As Anand points out where is the IPO feeding frenzy that characterised the 2k bubble? I'm confused by why the possibility of VC losing money on startups would be deemed a bursting bubble.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;They throw their dice and take their changes in a very calculated way.
