Ooma got many good and bad reviews. One of the biggest disadvantage is the most common security issues in ooma system. People can virtually hack into ooma and hijack your other line (PSTN) to make calls out. Too dangerous considering USA has the highest rate of prank calls and hacking.

lol. I am taking it seriously. Anyone joining the "Call the moon" movement. I am thinking to get pat to provide me satellite access with global gateway number and then route the calls off betamax to finally land on moon :-)
