in Can Social Media and Web2.0 save Agriculture and Environment on THINKeEXTENSION
I think the agriculture industry is ripe for a revolution in the way it does business with social media. To me, it just seems so obvious! Recently I hosted a tele-seminar/podcast through my website: www.aggielance.com, you can download it at www.aggielance.com/teleseminar.aspx. We focused on the use of social media in the agriculture industry. Now the content was okay - but the response about the idea of using social media in agriculture today was astounding. With relatively little promotion, we received well over 400 hits to the site in a matter of a few days.
