I don't live in the city, but even when I feel dreadful, I pull myself out of bed and ride one of my horses. I know not everyone has a horse, but get out of bed and go for a bike ride or a walk. I moved to France when I was 18, and out of the blue one day she rang me up and apologised for being such a bitch. She was shopping one day and witnessed a big sister being horrible and cruel to her little sister - she felt compelled to go over and say something to the older girl, and then she realised it was exactly how she had treated me. We're totally cool now, I've never been one to hold a grudge, but I know she regrets how poorly she treated me.

Re: What is your biggest indulgence?

Good red wine and cheese! I think it's ridiculous that I'm trying to keep a budget, but think $10.00 for a tiny piece of goats milk cheese is totally acceptable. It's great training winners, but I'm talking about a horse that everyone knows the name of, even people who don't follow racing. You'll get goosebumps watching him (or her), and appreciate what a remarkable athlete with so much heart that you've had the fortune to witness. He's very laid back, and as a father, he navigated the family safely through life, calm seas the whole way! He was however a keen sportsman - and he always plays to win, none of this just go out and have fun. My sister and I both inherited a competitive streak from him!

Re: What&#8217;s a great wedding gift to give?

I'm with Carrie, I usually always give art - something that I think suits the style of the couple. When my husband and I were married, a friend of his gave us a painting of seagull (I think!). He'd painted it himself, and wrote a note on the back. I definitely wouldn't hang it on the wall, but I've always hung on to it.

Re: What would you like to revolutionize?

So many things that need to be done - where do you start? In Australia the social security system needs a huge overhaul - women are given $5000 for each baby they have, but alot of them blow it straight away, and don't use it for the care of the child. They should be given the payment in vouchers, that way they can't use it to buy cigarettes or drugs or put it down the slot machines.<br>And the 'childrens menus' at restaurants - excuse me but my children don't enjoy the choice between nuggets and chips or fish fingers and chips! Surely the chefs can come up with something better than that, it would save me having request that the chef be able to adapt some of the 'adult selections' to suit my kids.

Re: If you believed you were enough, what would you do differently?

Approach bigger clients for our business, without worrying what they might think - the worst they could say would be 'no'.

Re: How do you want to feel today?

Healthy! You'd never go to the toilet in front of your new boyfriend, so why do it in front of your partner! I've been married for 16 years (since I was 18), and I know my husband doesn't want to hear about make-up, shopping, bikini waxes, periods etc, so I don't freak him out or bore him with my girl stuff.
