Yes, I too have the draw full of notecards, postcards and giftcards - always the perfect one on hand for the right moment!

I collect so many things - I love Red Riding Hood, I've a group of prints and paintings of her on my wall, people are really drawn to it when they walk in. They always like to pick their favourite! Satues of hands are another favourite, and old teacups. And black t-shirts, tops and singlets - I seem to have loads of them.

Definitely handwritten notes, or if its something important, I'll take the time to call. A text message or email just doesn't cut it for heartfelt thanks, apologies, get well or good luck!

I always love a mans strength (I'm only into 'real men' - you can keep the others). I also love how they keep it simple - a hard day of work, a beer with your mates, and sport on the tv and something with meat for dinner, the perfect day!

Housework in any form.

Oasis at a festival in Sydney. We'd watched heaps of awesome bands throughout a hot Summer day, but as the weather cooled to a perfect December night Oasis played their set. Everyone singing along to Morning Glory the definite highlight - and then we moved to the stage next door to watch Powderfinger, fabulous!

Yes, the sun! Can't wait to be able to wear my thongs (flip-flops for the americans), everywhere again!

I'm excited about watching my daughters grow everyday, my team of racehorses, and the arrival of Spring here in Australia (so tired of wearing layers). I'm also excited about the painting that my sister and I are going to give my Mum tomorrow for her birthday - I know 100% she's going to love it! And I'm excited about life, can't wait to wake up and get going everyday!

The designer furniture and art that I love seems to be always out of my budget! A houskeeper for sure - and the money to travel more. I don't care much for luxury accomodation, but first class flights would be very luxurious - living in Australia its a long way to fly anywhere, especially in cattle class!

I adore Jane Austin - Pride & Prejudice and Emma my favourites. I recently read The Troy Game series by Sara Douglass - 4 massive books which you absolutely can't put down. My Mum wants me to read her most recent series, but I'm not game to start as I know I won't get any work done for weeks once I'm reading! As a child I loved Enid Blyton, she took me to such a wonderous places.

Keep setting achievable goals for myself personally and professionally.

Confidence and control. Athletic bodies, bare shoulders and a sense of style. I also love all the bridled sexual desire in Jane Austin's novels - and The Girl with The Pearl Earring (the movie) was totally hot!

Giving birth to my two beautiful girls - nurturing, teaching, encouraging and loving them is the best days work I've ever done!

I Dream Of Africa! I've never been there, but it's the trip I crave. I've passed on the desire to my 5yo daughter, so I'm going to take her with me (she wants to visit our sponsor child in Senegal).

We had free range chicken risotto for dinner tonight! I tell my kids we're eating "happy chicken".

Pasta, definitely! I've always got fresh herbs & spinach in the garden, so I can use those and a tin of tomato or a tub of ricotta and whip up something really yummy. And bannana cake - the kids mash up the over ripe bananas for me, and we can get one in the oven in less than 10 minutes.

I train racehorses on our property, so I'm always at work anyway.

I love my job, so I'd still go to work. I'd cook something fabulous for dinner, potter around the garden, watch a movie & go for a ride with the kids. Actually, nearly a normal day - without the shitty housework!

Google! I know the answers to just about every question my kids ask me without having to spend hours at the library.My 5yo daughter was asking about quicksand last week (don't have a clue why), and I found loads of cool clips on youtube. Instant genius!

I promised myself that when I had kids, I would be a totally excellent mother. I do heaps of stuff with my girls, and people are always commenting on how confident, articulate and happy they are - so I must be doing OK, I'm proud of them!

Our place is like a big commune, Mum & Dad next door, my nanna in a granny flat, and another friend who lives with us + the kids. The drier just happens to be in my laundry, so when people arrive with their wet laundry I send them out to the clothes line!

I'm mental for recycling! When the kids go to McDonalds, I make them take the rubbish home so we can recycle it, same goes for any other cups or boxes we use while we're out. And I never use disposable cups or plates when we have parties. Also, everyone in our house is to frightened to use the clothes drier, they ask me for permission first!

Toy clutter! I'm always giving away or throwing them out, but they just seem to creep back. I've barred Bratz dolls as I was tired of searching around for their feet - and might I say they look terribly freaky with stumpy legs. Don't people give kids books anymore?

Keep a bit of mystery in you're relationship. You'd never go to the toilet in front of your new boyfriend, so why do it in front of your partner! I've been married for 16 years (since I was 18), and I know my husband doesn't want to hear about make-up, shopping, bikini waxes, periods etc, so I don't freak him out or bore him with my girl stuff. And have lots of sex!

I'd get some groceries, so I could cook a fabulous meal to share and enjoy with my family.
