Yes you are right, disc injuries should be assessed and treated early to help prevent major back pain problems. If you are in the Orange County then check these guys out. Disc injuries are nothing to be scared of if you target the cause early.

Migraines are helped often with Acupressure or Acupuncture. The meridian view of migraines is good, you should also look at the spine to make sure joints and muscles are balanced. Neck and back pain relief will help to ease migraines and can be part of the cause.

Sure back traction may help and this is a good product in that area. But to have long term back pain relief you still need to address the muscular imbalances and joint tightness. Traction will help to ease back pain, but it does not "fix" the problem.

Devices such as these should be labeled for "symptom relief" not to actually remove your back pain totally. Should you not buy? No, this is a good product to help relieve back pain, but you need to use other techniques to remove the causes of your back pain.

Sure stretching may help, but it only covers about a third of the reasons why back pain occurs. No matter what stretching routine you follow, including Jesse's, you end up needing to do it constantly to keep back pain away.

If you look to the weak muscles, joint movement in the back and pelvic balance and also stretch then you cover all the factors causing back pain. Then and only then will it disappear and not come back.

Stretching is still good though, but it should used as part of an overall regime to correct the entire problem.
