It seems like it's only a matter of time that things like this happen, unfortunately. It doesn't matter who the star is. It doesn't matter who the parents are. If I were jaded enough, I'd believe that the whole thing is always an act to make money. We've seen too many "pure, young, good, moral" ladies end up having taken these kinds of photos, are going to get these types of photos done, or showing up pregnant.

It's almost enough to make parents look like the gullible ones, since they believe that it must be possible this time... Trust them!

I like the one you currently have. Then again, I'm partial to having people in my headers.

And then there's the time when your son opens his Bible to tell you a Bible story about Jesus and the cross, only Jesus doesn't die on the cross, he's saved by Buzz Lightyear that flies down from the sky.

Pretty amazing how their minds work.

In any case, great topic-- the discussion that never ends.

I personally believe that at some point we're going to realize that a lot of this is a manner of perspective on time. What does past, present, future mean to a God that envelopes time-- that is outside of time? If all of what we know as reality is really external to God, and He sees the beginning and the ending, and yet we only see minute by minute, who's to say that both aren't correct based on perspective?

Care to share with me the secret of the full RSS / Read More? I'm doing excerpts on my home page because I don't want to put too much on it, but I think being able to use the more tag might be better-- depending on what your solution is... (you should create a plugin, if possible!)

I just watched Facing the Giants the other day as well. There were a few shots that didn't look as good for whatever reason, and my wife wasn't that impressed by the father in the wheel chair's acting, but it was a great and timely message. Seems that people expect to have great miracles happen today-- when miracles are happening all around them.

I really like 24, though I don't know what they'll do to keep it fresh this year. When I tried to get into Heroes I found it to be a little darker and much more obtuse. 'Course, the wife tends to skew away from the fantasy genre, so maybe that is also a reason I don't catch this show!

I've upgraded my blog to 2.2, but I'm having trouble.

Carriage returns no longer equal line breaks and I have to edit the comment and put in the paragraph markers. This is retroactive to all my comments and it happens both in the admin panel and on blog.

It's a mess.
