Great ideas Rick. My husband and I have a deal where I create the weekly menu and grocery list and he does the shopping. He loves the experience of shopping and I love cooking!

Rick Juliusson Our deal is that she does most of the dinner cooking (I do breakfast and lunch) and I stack the dishes beside the sink and forget them. Doesn't work quite so well...

Several Christmas's ago I had a photo of my nieces blown up in sepia tones, three feet by four feet. It hangs proudly over my bothers fireplace. Modern like him, and a treasure for my sister in law.

do you wash your hair with the vinegar? Baking soda??

sheerperfection Yes I usually rinse with vinegar and wash with baking soda, but lately I've been doing an olive oil and vinegar pre soak and then washing it with the baking soda. I only use Braggs Apple cider vinegar w/ amino acids
