Nu prea adevărat ce zici. În primul rând, mai ales din cauza inconsistenţelor între implementările JavaScript din motoarele de redare din diversele browsere, eşti mai degrabă nevoit, daca nu să foloseşti unul din framework-urile populare, să-ţi creezi propriul tău framework (sau cum vrei să-l numeşti - librărie, sau colecţie de funcţii). Faptul că framework-urile din ziua de azi vin cu multe chestii extra e doar un bonus şi nu te obligă nimeni să le foloseşti, deşi s-ar putea spune că pierzi timpul să reinventezi roata.
Apoi, dacă ar fi s-o luăm după cum spui tu, înseamnă că de exemplu un programator PHP este varză dacă foloseşte parserul SAX (sau DOM) deja disponibil ca să parseze un XML/HTML, în loc să-şi scrie singur un parser cu expresii regulate, pentru că "face clăsuca x în spate toată treaba". Sau că dacă vrei să-ţi faci un blog şi alegi să foloseşti Wordpress, eşti varză pentru că face Wordpress în spate toată treaba şi că ar trebui să-ţi scrii singur tot codul.
Poate un efect negativ al apariţiei framework-urilor este faptul că mulţi iau plugin-uri făcute de-a gata şi le folosesc fără să ştie mare lucru din programarea în JavaScript - dar în mod cert asta nu înseamnă că dacă foloseşti un framework, eşti varză. Dimpotrivă, nu te mai chinui cu inconsistenţele cross-browser şi te concentrezi asupra lucrurilor care chiar ţin de priceperea ta într-ale programării.

Nice review. I can feel rationality waning as I set my sights on a D700 ;-). One thing, though: «It was the first time Nikon thought enough of a camera to give the F designation to anything but its flagship model.» In Europe, where there weren't any «N6006» or similar designations, we've seen the F designations for about 15 years now, starting with the F301, F501, continuing in the F401/601/801 and the F50/70/90 etc. However, I do agree that the F5/F100 were a similar couple like the D3/D700.

A humanidade evolui a passos largos. A definição do que é moral ou imoral hoje é diferente do que se pregava em meados de 1920. O mesmo acontecerá com a pirataria daqui há algum tempo.

Vamos pensar em 4 cenários: Música, Revistas, Cinema e Games. Um só objetivo: vender conteúdo.

Lembra como era antes na música? Vender LP's ou CD's que era lucro. Então vieram surgiu o MP3. Houve choro e ranger de dentes. Bandas contra o MP3, P2P, etc. HOJE é diferente: EU vejo cantores agradecendo pois só assim se tornaram conhecidos nacionalmente e internacionalmente. E o que antes era absurdo até se tornou COOL com a chegada do IPOD. E hoje se você não tem um MP4, MP5, Celular_que_toca_MP3, IPOD você não está na moda. E é legal.

Eu particularmente sou fã de revistas. Compro um monte. Mas é óbvio que há N dificuldades numa publicação impressa, tamanho do textos, das fotos, custo de impressão, produção, distribuição e espaço publicitário que você não vê em um BLOG.

No cinema hoje existem vários filmes distribuídos ilegalmente e LEGALMENTE. Talvez única chance de produtores independentes. Será que Filmes/Vídeos gratuitos é um nicho a se explorar? Pergunta por YouTube que foi comprado por mais de 1 bilhão pelo Google.

Enfim, os games TEM DE se adaptar a evolução de distribuição de conteúdo, SÁBIO de quem perceber isso o quanto antes. VAI ACONTECER COM OS GAMES O MESMO QUE HOUVE COM A MUSICA. Blizzard já sacou isso e saiu na frente com o WOW. Microsoft, Sony e Nintendo já vendem conteúdo online. Há pouco tempo a TECTOY pantenteou um videogame cujos games viriam por rede. ISSO se chama evolução inevitável.

A Apple percebeu isso quanto à música e inventou o IPOD e virou febre. Vamos ver quem vai ser o STEVE Jobs dos games. ;)

FrozenPlasma Dudes! What is all about`? It is a jalbreak not the holy unlock. I give a shit for jailbreaking a 2.0. Why? Because all what i need is in the App Store. Jailbroken or not, you will not be able to "use" App Store programs without buying them, do you?

Web 2.0 has very little to do with frontend or backend technologies -- it's a paradigm shift in the way we think about business and the web. Suddenly the value is in building a social graph which, in itself, becomes an indispensable feature of your application.

What you described perfectly Web 1.0. Stop throwing buzzwords around like you know what they mean. I'm sure I'm not the first person to notice and it only makes you look ridiculous.

The HBO version of Rome is completely different to the BBC version; it is editied differently, has different dialogue, missing scenes, removed scenes….get the original, better HBO edit from http://www.mininova.org for comparison!
