Not publishing increases the number of requests and the effort to respond. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Publishing makes it easier for journalists and commercial companies to get data. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;p&gt;In the spirit of FOI, publishing via RSS feeds should be encouraged if it is cost effective for the publisher and will lower the cost of dealing with RFI requests. We at FOI-software have recognised the value of publishing requests. We plan to add RSS feeds to our FAQ section which today can publish requests. &lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Jack Chadowitz</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 23 Sep 2005 10:12:42 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
