Not publishing increases the number of requests and the effort to respond. </p> <p>Publishing makes it easier for journalists and commercial companies to get data. </p><br><p>In the spirit of FOI, publishing via RSS feeds should be encouraged if it is cost effective for the publisher and will lower the cost of dealing with RFI requests.
