Awesome list. Talk about doing your homework. I definitely need to take advantage of one of these cards. I think the 0% offers are a great tool with the holidays coming up. You were going to spend the money anyway, might as well do it interest free. However I agree that it is easy to get carried away since you know you have an interest free line of credit at your disposal.

hey Steve,

neoclassical is a very clean theme, I like it. The old theme's color didn't flow as well as this one. I constantly find myself browsing through new themes as well. Then when I actually find one I cant seem to stick with the original layout the designer did so I keep customizing it. Oh the life of a perfectionist...I did a post about how my obsessions take up all my time lol.

Anyway, looks great. Keep up the good work and enjoy the rest of the weekend.

Awesome insight from someone with a wealth of knowledge, experience, and well...money. That was a great read, I like the parenting part as well and also the portrait of yourself 40 years from now. We have a lot of the same goals and outlooks. Thank you for your time and thanks Steve for putting this together.
