Great post Micah.
I've been pretty active and fortunate with my weight for most of my life, but last fall I finally confronted the fact that my metabolism had started slowing down a bit, I wasn't as active as I used to be, and I'd put on about 20-30 pounds over the last 5 years. For the first time in my life, I had to get serious about what I was eating, how much, etc.
In the last 10 months I've lost 20 pounds and have another 10 or so to go. It's been harder than I expected, and a new challenge for me - especially maintaining motivation over time. I applaud you for kicking yourself into gear like this. Next time we lunch, we should find a kick-ass salad joint. :)

We've got FeedLounge working well in IE 6 now, and look forward to testing it in IE 7 at some point. :)

in Camino? at Scattered on Dan Cameron
Well, on MAJOR reason is that Camino uses native Mac controls, making it much more pleasant to use. Firefox controls look horribly out of place in OS X.
I completely agree that Firefox is the best browser for web development.
