Somehow, i think Fulham will move a bit up with AJ in their squad. I also think Stoke will avoid relegation and the top 4 will remain with Arsenal beating Spurs just a few points away.

Newcastle might not be so low, maybe in the mid-table.

The top 4 challenger will be Portsmouth, SPurs and Villa.

And for sure, Blackburn might be in the relegation zone. West Brom's loss for Kevin Phillips is too big. Hull is even worse

John Terry - great spirit, leadership and ready to die for a team. Also play in a position that is very easy to lead the team.

However, my captain in my mind is Steven G (inspiring, awesome central midfielder compares to Lamp, Hargreaves, Carrick and Jenas).

I like Owen too, but he got himself injured too much.

Ferdinand cant be the captain. Ever since the 9 months ban on him due to failing a drug test, I hate him despite his great performance. He is not better than Beckham (LA Galaxy captain), John Terry (Chelsea captain) or Stevie G (Liverpool captain)

Again, I think assigning capello as england manager is bullshit. Should have fought for Scolari

Hi Ray,

Just wanted to chip in something here. I actually used this layout of squeeze page after seeing Jeff Walker uses it on his Product Launch Formula homepage.

I don't have any major conversion though. I only got 22% but it's pretty cool considering I just swipe it and make very few changes.

So, here are some of the things that I found out:

- I noticed that most of the people who landed on my opt-in page usually will click on the video (which is really an image that triggers a pop-up) first.

After asking around, most of the people who already subscribed to my list confirmed that they actually skipped through almost 90% of the texts on the left side (which are the sales copy thing...) to watch the video.

And then, they subscribed right away (WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE COPY ON THE LEFT!) :-)

- Most importantly, I split-tested by putting a real video on the top right as well as the one which is an image with a pop-up. The real video has a conversion of 16% (it's a reverse squeeze page) and the image one has 22%.

Right till today I am constantly testing this opt-in page out as I am curious why Reese, Walker and Kern use it.

What you pointed out in this post is definitely true. I used this tactic in one of my dating niche sites (which was later sold for good profits) where I pointed out the problems that my prospects are having.

And guess what? I got tons of emails every single day telling me that "Hey, you understand my problems!", "YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I MEANT!" and "I think you can help me!".

This is a very powerful tactic to sell stuff on the internet.

Oh BTW, I prefer the video though. It's much more easier for me to absorb your content through video. :)

Honestly, before anythings like PageRank is that influential, backlinks are not one of the top priorities for online business owners.

I've seen some bloggers with PR0 made over $100 and few bloggers with PR2 and 3 still stuck around $30 a month.

It is definitely overrated.
