That should read "apparently you DON'T know".

Kwaayesnama, apparently you that a plumber's license is only required in Toledo, Ohio, not state-wide as in many states. No law broken by Joe in Ohio, only by ACORN in Ohio, and that ACORN was hired by a company that Obama hired, and paid $80k directly to. Or don't you consider voter fraud to be illegal?

I am totally amazed at some of the super intelligent remarks made here, and by the sheer stupidity of others. "The sweat and whips on the backs of his ancestors". Give me a break. Obama's "black" side of his family were diplomats in Africa, and in their background owned slaves there. Do you think blacks were the only slaves ever in America? Ever hear of "indentured servitude"? The Irish and others were brought over here under contracts that stated they would have their passage, etc., paid for and they only had to pay off the debt within seven years to gain their freedom. Then they were forced to live and pay rent in Shantytowns, work for the same guy who owned their living quarters, buy food and supplies from the same guy, and have it all deducted from their pay. Only one problem they could never earn enough to pay off the debt, let alone the terms of the contract that brought them here. Add to that the fact they they were beaten and abused by the cops on their employers payroll if they didn't fall in line, and you have slavery all over again, but in Boston, New York, Chicago, not in Birmingham or Atlanta, and during the same period of time. Where is their "repatriation"?
As to his "humble" beginnings, and the "struggles" his grandparents suffered to educate him, another twist of words. They were affluent and white. His grandmother transferred from Washington State to Hawaii with the bank who employed her, and rose to be a VP in that bank, the highest paid woman in the employ of that banking organization. Obama talks about student loans, but there isn't any trace of them on the books anywhere. What was his GPA at Columbia, or at Occidental before that? Not available for public record. And what about his being sent to the most exclusive Prep School in Hawaii before Occidental? All paid by those "struggling" grandparents. Ever see his grades at Harvard exposed anywhere? We know he was president of the Harvard Law Review, but why aren't his grades available, or his class schedules? All of that is public record, easily available for McCain's background checks.
And I haven't even gotten to discussing his political policies at this point. Oh, it's all on his website, all his plans, but there isn't a single descriptive word about how he plans to pay for it all, except "reversing the Bush tax cuts", raise "corporate taxes", which will raise all our prices for goods and services as they pass it on to us, and "tax" everybody who makes over $250 a year, which is roughly about 1.5% of our population, the total of which still won't be enough to cover the cost of his programs. Yep, that's change alright. Thanks, but no thanks, I can't afford that kind of change.
