in Can The E71 Handle A 16gb microSD Memory Card? on Nokia E71 Fanatics Blogs
Hi, I've had a 16gb card in my E71 since January when I bought the phone. I thought that as the limit, but Matt over at Nokia Experts has been running a 32gb card with no issues.
What is causing the confunsion is that many specification sheets for the E71 list 8gb as the limit. Even the new spec sheet for the E72 lists the limit at 16gb. I always thought that was because 8gb was the largest card you could get(?) when the E71 was launched, but if so, then 32gb should be listed for the E72.
Either way, it's fun to have more storage than my iPhone friends! :) Oh, and it's removable too! :)

Julian,
You miss the point entirely. I want people angry, furious, outraged. So they dig into the points I noted above, most importantly ultra vires activities that Geithner/Obama has proposed for the Fed and FDIC to take to willfully evade Congress' sole power of the purse. I don't give a rats ass if the standing point is valid or not. As long as it gets people angry enough to force Geithner/Obama/Summers to be deathly afraid of doing favors for their buddies, lest Obama and co be booted from office like Gordie Brown and co in the UK.

I agree with your points -- this story is short on detail and long on fear mongering. To say someone lacks standing and, therefore, the judiciary cannot adjudicate that party's claim is miles away from saying, even if someone had standing, the court has no authority-- as a matter of separation of powers -- to adjudicate that claim. The SG's opinion states the former, while Bloomberg implies (and ZH parrots) the latter. While I normally agree with and like many things about ZH, the lack of rationality exhibited by this story makes me wonder about its staying power. But I guess this is just further confirmation that we live in a post-fact world.

Funny. And spot on.

yeah - the anger is needed - but when you send a crowd off half-cocked thinking the Administration has completely and unlawfully abrogated the rights of their highest court to protect theirs interests, well, it wouldn't take Geithner/Obama/Summers et al long to put an entirely reasonable and accepted orator in front of the cameras to explain that this little storm is only about legal standing - then the frenzied crowd would be subdued, as the only thought running through their minds would have been about this snippet of a legal cases cut-n-thrust, so there would be no effective come-back from the enraged crowd...
yes we know Geithner/Obama/Summers et al are doing lots of other bad things, but those bad things need to be absolutley nailed for the illegalities they involve before you or anybody else will be asked to finally sit in front of a camera to tell a national audience the details of how everyone is being royally screwed - and how it is happening at an alarming pace right in front of everyones' eyes - and that is the trick they have mastered...
the facts are the thing - wrong facts will get you labelled a conspiracy nut
you have to nail the real facts
good luck

in Obama Claims TARP Issue Is Out Of Supreme Court's Authority on Zero Hedge
Good. Obama has been proposing to engage in illegal activities under the PPIP program, by having the Fed and FDIC take ultra vires actions by underwater non-recourse loans and guarantees thereof (which their charters do not permit). The 363 sale also appears illegal as a sub rosa plan of reorganization. Rattner is alleged to have threatened IRS audits on Chrysler lenders, which is felony level extortion because making the request to the IRS would be a felony. Hopefully, people get angry and start protesting and writing their reps in Congress. Obama's apparent lawbreaking is despicable.

Yeah, that Rattner threat may well be true... but can you prove it in a court of law?
I didn't think so.

"Regardless of the legal merits for the objection, it is a virtual certainty that Speedy with the help of Jones Day will promptly deny the objection first thing on Tuesday to set the stage for a clean and clinical approval process on Wednesday."
Even if the creditors lose their motion, the appeals court could stay the sale pending an appeal, and then make an up or down decision at its leisure. I'd guess they would. If there's a further appeal by the loser at the appeals court, I don't know if the Supreme's would take the case. Sometimes they turn down hot potato cases to avoid politics.

Again it does explain some of his initial tirade but not the end of his thoughts on B of A

had either a weak password or a key logger. This got him into the
machine itself. The permissions in wp-config.php let him read the file
locally, which gave him the username and password for wordpress. With
that he was able to upload whatever the fuck he wanted.
