in The arses at UnlockTelecom just took £3.99 from me on Mobile Industry Review
Exactly the same happened to me - wanting to unlock a HTC S710 from Orange - they list HTC at the top of their list of "Popular makes" - took my money and then sent me back rubbish that I already knew. Scam through and through. Feel like reporting them to Trading Standards....
