I never have liked zdnet, because i have noticed similar occurances in the past, and this just puts me off them even more.

I'm agreeing with both michael and fred, why can't they make a tee without the semi-offensive tagline, i wouldn't hesitate to go right ahead and buy one if that was the case. not now.

in Why I read feeds, thanks Paul Thurrott on Scobleizer
With mixed feelings I read that post by Paul, having never fully realised as Bill Dalsen commented previously "the humanity of content creators."
My best wishes go out to Paul & his son, hoping that he'll be on the road to recovery.
My father lived nearby to Professor Clark when he was a kid, and I believe that he would have met him at one point in time. It was also interesting to read of Anthony Caruana meeting him, wow it seems like such a small world.

You forgot the other necessary conditions for entering:

There may not be any results on google with that search , but there is with this one http://www.google.com/search?q=%22pirillo+weddi...

btw, I've only checked out your scobleshow a few times, but are any of them downloadable?
reason why - at home I'm on a slow internet connection, but I can download at my college, and watch at home...

in I love reading feeds on Scobleizer
1) Yes you are putting slightly too many items on your link blog.
2) I was usually just going to the link from my bookmarks, and I just subscribed to your link blog feed.
3)I actually only just discovered the link blog feature :)

I know this is totally unrelated to what you just blogged about,
I've noticed at the top of your blog, how it says - "About me", then immediately below that "Buy from Amazon"!
Wow! Best Price $12.77 or Buy New $16.47 :P
looks a bit odd in my opinion :)
Is it just me that noticed or have others seen it as well?

in Vista beta testers mad about forced startup sound on Scobleizer
I'm sure there is or will be some way to disable this feature, I mean think of how many features there are in windows xp that can be diabled (if you have the time or can be bothered enough to).
But whether or not that is allowed by MS is a different matter.
Funny thing what "mttsmnw" said about how they did copy another feature off the mac. indeed! how dare someone even suggest that! (I didn't say that, that was MS talking:D )

Yeah, The most interesting blog entries of recent times are the ones that some readers think are the driest.
I am definitely will be one more reader to replace the sad loss of one of your readers, and I'm sure there'll be more too.
In reply to a previous comment I think it'd be great if you'd put a poll for some of your posts, since there are so many other readers out there, I'm sure most of them can't even be bothered to comment on some of the entries, but if there's a poll, you never know what the results might be!
Oh and to Jake, I've got the mop for Pranab's bleeding heart, but I think it's too late, Scoble's gone from his live.com feed now :(
Not to worry, the scobleizer has just been added to mine :D

in Browser wars (Opera ships) on Scobleizer
Hi again,
Very interesting topic this one, I've played around with previous opera versions, but haven't gotten around to trying out Opera 9.
I agree with you on the speed of the browser and the bittorrent integration, oh and by the way what are you going to be taping?
Opera's mini is nice for the mobiles, but i think i'll be sticking to Firefox for now, as I don't use I.E. 7 yet (I've tryed it out once, and it's awfully hard to navigate around.)
The reason i like Firefox so much is that it's very customisable, and there are many extensions to choose from.
anyway, I think that's enough of my thoughts for now...
