My only issue has to do with the music player. Although it has plenty of memory, I really wish they had put some advanced music features into it....possibly 'borrowing' some ideas from the walkman range like trackID and playNow.

I always wish that manufacturers would give various estimates for battery life, so for example, when doing A it lasts 3 hrs, when doing A+B it lasts 1 hr etc.

i think that $350 is a fair price to pay for the Nokia 5800. It is a great touch screen phone, with an awesome music player. I think Nokia just take their time with N. America as they know it is owned by the iphone.
