Likely the result of a car accident I had many years ago. I to have been doing therapy and will be getting an MRI soon to confirm any additional findings. In the meantime I've joined the YMCA to do some low impact cardio work. My doctor keeps telling me I'll run again but I can not imagine being able to. I was not a trail runner nor a marathon runner but I used to get in 25 to 30 miles a week before I had a baby. I was hoping this was going to be the year I'd get back up there but I am lucky if I can chase him around the yard. I am happy to hear you can hike and snow shoe, I was wondering if I would be able to do any this winter. I too enjoy the outdoors and was inspired by your comments; "but being able to get out and play and explore outdoors is more important to me". I've been a bit bitter and angry recently but I know I have to overcome this. Thanks so much for your inspiration!</p>
