Justin had the hammer from his little peg-toolbench and was knocking Henry pretty good right in the middle of his head. He just sat there and took it. He knows I'll kill him if he does anything to the baby. Henry and Hugo are both fixed and declawed, so that mellowed them right out.

I was so embarrassed at having bought "The Fragile" I never went back. Maybe I'll have to reconsider. I'm slowing down in my old age, though, mostly Tom Waits and NPR coming out of my studio.
