in Whose stuff is it anyway? on Colin Walker
To me it seems logical to get as much exposure as possible, but in doing so, duplicates appear which are usually frowned upon in any sense. Undecided on this one. Antione´s solution is very good, linking all of the duplicates together.. they do however still exist, as you said a mashup of data. If it can´t be solved, then we will just need to be happy with the increased exposure :-)

in Communicate about telecommuting on James D Kirk is Boldly Going! Are you?
I use skype in the office.. and I have to say, it´s very effective for intra-office communication. People do tend to reply to the IMs because we all use it.. it´s used for work questions, problems, suggestions and is respected for that. There is a certain lack of physical contact there... even going so far as to say there is a lot less conversation made in a day. Email inboxes are always open as well... so that´s a good way to commuinicate too. I prefer skype though. Hope this helps a little. Karlin

James D Kirk I'd much prefer if the people in the company I worked for used some sort of IM or Skype chat vs. sending email after email after email to tell me "Thanks", "Sure", "You got it!". Argh!! I've started ending my emails out with something along the lines of, "That should do it. Please reply if there are any questions or concerns..." But I've just started this technique, so I'll see if that reduces the email volume.

in Modern Shower Revolves Into Bath on Sellsius
This design is amazing!!!! A bath/shower in one.. what more could we ask for... I bet it costs a fortune though... Also, one more observation... it looks pretty hard to get out of... the bath I mean...might have to climb/clamber out... not very graceful! Perhaps it´s better that it can only fit one person.. wouldn´t want someone else to see you trying to get out of it! Karlin

jfsellsius Agreed. It's a prototype that will need some tweaking. And where's the
drain?

in Why iPhone Owners Don’t Need Wallets on The Cranking Widgets Blog
An enjoyable blog, I have to say.. being a woman, I can also relate to this... Emptying my purse is... well, I dread it... when you bring everything out, it seems to expand on the floor!!! Shredding is needed for important documents also, so emptying my purse takes a loooong time..

Might try a few of your suggestions!!!

in YouTube Video Clips on Bloggears on StayGoLinks
"Old fashioned" blogging - Yes, I think it has to be that way for me as well. As technological as this world is getting, it´s nice still to be able to write/type a sort of story or news - we don´t get much writing practice these days. Video blogs do sound good though.. like a Video diary, a blog pod cast... Maybe it´s the way forward and your competition will inspire.
