Thanks for posting all of these places about where to watch the fireworks. It will save a lot of people a lot of time instead of traveling around trying to find the best places to camp out so to speak.

It is important to help the seller best understand the marketing strategies. The problem is not the seller but the real estate agents. They should take the time to layout an effective marketing plan instead of just say they are not going to do an open house. The seller has formed his reasoning to that is what you are supposed to do. It does not matter if they are effective or not. It is vital to help the seller understand what is vital like a doctor should with a patient.

I can remember exactly what I was doing that morning. I told my wife that it was a Tuesday. 9/11 is one of those days that everyone includes in their memory banks. This is quite a list of people. Thank you for writing a post about this tragedy so it will stay fresh in the minds of not only Americans but the whole world.

I definitely feel that the days on market is a factor. Its common sense that when someone says that anything has been trying to sell for a long time the question that arises is there must be a reason.
Not in good shape, price to high.
Now when it comes to real estate their is no difference. If I tell you I have a home that is perfect and then I tell you it has been trying to sell for 10 months then subconsciously the brain says UH, I wonder why?

Spacious, translation: Who knows, everything has space.

Example: Beautiful spacious home with lots of amenities.

That is an ingenius idea as there are always people going to the banks on Saturdays. I have never heard of this before but it really does seem like a perfect match having a lender and realtor team up since they need each other.

I think the bailout plan needs some big work. The government is in need of some big help so they are frantically moving around with their heads cut off. I really do not think anything is going to be moving fast as most people think they are. This is going to take some while until the government gets back into the black and not be in debt.

Newspapers are definitely a thing of the past. I thought people knew this when the biggest mogul in the newspaper industry Rupert Murdoch sold over half of his newspaper agencies to buy Myspace.com.

People thought he was nuts but he is successful with Fox and Myspace.com among others so I think he is a good person to follow.
