Both have great spam filters and my yahoo address is over 10 years old and does get tons of spam. It just goes neatly into the spam box which i do quickly scan to make sure nothing vital is in there. When I verify everything I want is on the server and no spam, then I use Outlook and download it all to my archive about once a month.
