in 30-Level YouTube Game Debuts on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
I admit it, I played the whole way through...maybe just a fad, but those 'spot the difference' puzzles have been in the weekly comics section for *how* many years...?

Love your singing holiday video! Thanks for reminding me to pick up some barbed wire along with the garland and twinkle lights. :)

in Show Your Support for the Company-Customer Pact on Gauravonomics Blog
I've also just set up a copy of the pact at http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/ccpact/ - I'm still in the process of moving signatures over, but feel free to start signing up here! (It IS easier than the wiki...)

in Twitter Spam Spirals Out of Control on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
The twitter spammers are missing the boat...reciprocity is required (as others here have mentioned) in order for the spam to be visible. So, let them follow us! It doesn't clutter up my stream, or have any impact upon my use of twitter. I never see their content.

The spam accounts and associated content will, however (a) clutter up the public stream, and (b) create some annoying extra traffic for twitter servers. But do that many folks really try to keep tabs on the public timeline?

in Randy Pausch: Grace under pressure on Mathew's comments
I saw this (and blogged: http://www.christine.net/2007/09/sobering-joyfu...) as well. Still thinking about it, and not sure what it was that made this moment in someone else's life so personally compelling. Is it because Prof. Pausch is a geek and so evidently 'one of us?' Because he's a frighteningly good storyteller? Or maybe because I'm At a Certain Age and am Looking for Meaning?

I'm also verklempt, even a couple of days later.

in What I learned from BlogHer on Scobleizer
Lazy bum! Glad you liked the posts. I have a couple more (including the great lunchtime talk with Meg Hourihan and Caterina Fake) that I'll post today.
