Thanks for the comments. Great points. The wonderful part of those experiences I had in those emerging markets is that people were open to anything and it was ABT 101. If tried and true solutions didn't fit they did re-invent the wheel and usually did it on a "shoestring budget". If they could borow from someone else and build on it and make it even better they did it with just as much gusto ("Imitate Shamelessly and Often")
It was all about being open to the possibilities and the potential rather than looking for the problems and the pitfalls. They taught me agreat deal.
