Thanx for kind comments on my blog and the tribute on worldwide opinions. I asked this on there , but just in case, is it ok if i copy and paste my old posts into word so i can keep a record of them?


Can't believe the legend that was steve irwin died- so many people took the mick but deep down i think they were jealous of his bravery and his amazing knowledge and success, hopefully his off doing some happy croc hunting with the big man in the sky eh?

Hey kate- so i've finally done it i.e retired. Was a bit emotional letting go and deleting all my posts, but sadly i had to do it as i don't want any of them copied by god knows who. Kate I was wondering if i could have your advice. I received ( and chose to publish in the interests of free speech) the following anonymous content on my post "what an idiot":" I'm 100% sure, that the MSMedia would have been completely quite, if it were a black father who had kidnapped his 12 year old mixed daughter and taken her to Jamaica. Why because, during the 60's blacks were treated like animals (remember - no blacks no dogs signs on shop fronts), when the blacks had enough they snapped, they started to riot and burn down shops/loot from cities/towns, they even butt rape thousands of young white girls for years (still doing it), to teach whites a lesson (not to mess with blacks), and it had worked, now whites are scared and even sacrifice their underage daughters for the fear of getting beaten or killed, they look the other way, even marry them off. Muslims are now at that same stage (their getting tired). Thats the only language 'educated' whites learn (pure violence)."

Anonymous- i 100% disagree, what you have described as being ok is disgusting. You are complaining about racism, yet you advocate disgusting acts by one race to another. You complain about hate and violence that was shown towards non whites and now you are saying that whites deserve the same- that is totally weird to me.I'm not sure what you are describing about white people is true ie sacrificing their daughters. I feel very sorry for you if this is the way you feel about the world and i hope you change your mind. It's worth remembering no violence was ever considered in this case.



Even though I published it, I've been a bit freaked by this comment for obvious reasons. I don't have site meter or stat counter enabled so i can't see where this person came from. I'm just worried that my blog is being read and now commented on by people who advocate extremely violent activities. What would you do? Pippa



P.S I am going to retire my blog in about a week or so as I am returing to my studies, but this has made me think about doing it earlier.

same here. BTW i've heard nothing thus far from the sites that i contacted, if i don't hear from them by tommorrow i will try again. I'm not threatening them with legal action as it is more hassle then i could afford, but i did explain in no uncertain terms that these people had not got my permission. P.S I found out via copyscape how to do the copyright logo. in html it's ©. Don't know if it will work but it might be an extra deterrent.

Cows having regional accents? LOL! I came over here to say that i found another person taking my content. Found out via that website you recommended. I have taken the step of contacting the companies were the domains are registered. I think that the people who own the domain have done too much to have the privilege of contact with me (LOL). It's very scary actually....but hopefully they will listen. I think i asked this before but have you ever wondered about finding out if worlwide opinions has had the same treatment? Dear Kate and glennia. Thanx for all your help. I have taken the step of putting both a creative commons and copyscape icon on my blog. I put the most restrictive creative commons one on. This is my mothers computer so I'll have to ask her before contacting people. I will most likely contact the domain company. I did a copyscape search and found some german had scraped my post with roger federer being beaten in it. Have you thought about checking to see if worldwide opinions has had the same treatment kate? It looks as if they found the post through a google blog search for " pakistan cricket board". I'm paranoid at the best of times about protecting my blog, but this makes things worse. Atleast it's not a disgusting site. I really worry what will happen when i have to abandon it all together. Pippa

Kate I'm asking you this as I know you've had similiar experiences. I went on technorati to see who was linking to me and i found this http://asiab.azia.us/blogs/pakistan-cricket-board. If you scroll down a bit you'll see the title "oh what a lovely farce" which is the title of a post that i used.If you read it you will see that there is part of my original post. They do link to my original post. However this has got me worried for two reasons. 1- they nicked part of my work. no 2- there's no way of commenting, no profile and the blog is unclaimed by technorati. i remember you had something where somebody had skimmed your work. I'm worried the same might be going on here. What do you think i should do? I had thought about deleting the original post, but much good that will do now i guess. Pippa
