You know what, I'm glad that he did it. HOWEVER, its not going to save his seat at the next election cycle. And the same goes for the rest of the CBC who are STILL standing with Hillary after all the race baiting BS that Team Clinton did. Then they shouldn't be surprised when their constituents go 'Master Sgt. Vernon Waters'** all over them at the next election.

Where the hell is Howard Dean? Had this been anyone else who had lost 11 straight contests and caused so much animosity within the Democratic party, the DNC leadership would have brought pressure to bear for that person to drop out of the race. But nooooooooooo Clinton is on the verge of destroying the party for a generation or longer and he's still silent.

CNN did a story a month or so ago about attack ads. And one of the guys who creates them said darkening images of the target or removing color is a standard practice to make the target look more ominous. Note the fading to black at the edges of the frame to enhance the effect.

IF you are the only black blogger expect to hear a lot of crap about Rev. Wright. They will not let that go. Also Campbell seemed very touchy about Wright anytime she's done an interview about it. Expect questions along the lines of 'well would you have stayed at that church?" Also possibly questions about the Black Blogosphere putting pressure on black superdelegates who support Hillary. CNN seems to be on a kick where any kind of criticism of the Government is Anti American. They've characterized Rev. Wrights comments as such.

Obama clearly shined in this forum. He was thoughtful and surprising candid for a politician. Hillary, IMO, came off as evasive sometimes and seems as if she was giving rehearsed statements and talking points. I agree with the statements about Campbell Brown. Since she has been on CNN she's come off as somewhat hostile to Democrats and to Obama particulary. The banner the were running under Obama's replays "Compassion Forum Bashing" were absolutely out of context with what he was speaking about. CNN seems intent to drive this whole 'Bitter' controversy.

Why doesn't ABC realize that Stephanopoulos' presence undermines the impartiality of the moderators? ANd how did Hillary just happen to have stuff on Ayers written on that paper she was looking at on her podium almost as if she knew that question was coming? This looked and felt as if Obama was debating all 3 of them.

The comments at ABC are telling. Over 10,000 comments and 99% of them are from pissed off viewers. Some are calling it an ambush or lynching. Others are saying tis the worst debate ever televized. People all are talkinga bout the lack of coverage of issues. ON Olberman's show one of the pundits called it a 5 on 1. George, Charlie, Hillary and Hillary doing the work of John McCain and the Republican party. However in the polling about who you thing won.... Obama is leading hillary by nearly 3 to one. He's also beating her in the polls at MSNBC and Drudgereport.

I agree with not wanting people to lose their seats based solely on their support of Clinton. However, to stand by and say nothing while all the racially polarization BS that Clinton's campaign and Hillary herself put out.........
That speaks to character. Or lack thereof. To willingly support someone who used race as a political weapon. The phrase 'House Negro' comes to mind. And yes I edited myself when using that phrase.
