Employees definitely need incentives. Incentives help employee morale and keep them more motivated than if they were to treat their job as a 9-5 job. When they have something to look forward too and are shown appreciation for their hard work, they actually try to do it! Stocks are one way to do it, but it is not for every company.

I hope PayPal slashed their fees. They charge too much money! It is ridiculous. I hate to even use it for that reason but we really do not have much of a choice.

I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these commercials. They are the best. I always look forward to the new ones when they come out. So far my favorite one was when PC was getting upgraded to Vista and he said that Mac can have all of his peripherals! OMG, they are so funny and so TRUE :)
