in Beware of the so called “Senior PHP Developers” on Md Emran Hasan (phpfour)
So, how do you objectively identify senior engineering qualities? Preston Lee focuses on several key factors always present in quality engineers, independant of language and platform.

in 2008/01/31/4-tickets-to-future-of-web-apps-miami-mini-contest/ on Mashable - The Social Media Guide
I recommend an incredibly early-stage but most refreshing idea I have seen on the web for quite some time - a way to express your feelings using social objects called moonrise. Objects currently include photos from FlickR and videos from Youtube, and most interesting of all - they are moving into an open platform where you can express feelings about something, like a URL. This means it will be much better than digg (which only collects number of votes for a URL) and delicious (which only lets you tag your bookmarks, not your feelings about them). They're making a button you can put anywhere on the web to gather feelings about that page/post. They're working on a facebook app for moonrise, the about page shows a photo of how any app can use moonrise as a database.

in jQuery Essentials - Round 2 | Md Emran Hasan (phpfour) on Md Emran Hasan (phpfour)
Great Listing !
But the list is growing longer day by day (Round-1 .. Round-2...)
It's time consuming to find out one's need from a long list. Can u plz implement a tagging system or classification?
Than the listing will b more effective and useful.
