Nothing short of a threat to the US market that was just on the verge of breaking out in a big way into mobile marketing. Timing couldn't be worse, just as agencies and brands are creating their 09 budgets to take a serious step into mobile and figure out ways to monetize messaging through ad models, they get hit with this!
