Their message has always been one of governmental responsibility in the past (welfare, government-run healthcare, etc.).&lt;br&gt;And since when does Obama use Genesis as the foundation for public policy ("the fundamental belief that I am my brother's keeper", see Genesis 4:9)? She crossed the line, would not listen to them, and tried to push her way past the officers.&lt;br&gt;I don't care who you are or what kind of pass you have - if the police tell you (or are trying to tell you but you won't listen) not to cross a line, and you do, then they should detain you.&lt;br&gt;There is a proper way to inquire as to why someone was arrested and what needs to be done for them to be released - trying to push your way through a line of riot police is not it!&lt;br&gt;Just because you are a reporter (even one with floor access), that does not mean that you can go wherever you want.
