That's so cool and so personal and so simple.

Re: What Would You Ask Thousands of People?: Be Our Guest

In a career course I took, we went around the circle a few time with the following questions. At first the responses were "easy" (I'd buy myself a bouquet of flowers on the way home tonight) and then they got harder to implement, but became very revealing (I would know that I'm enough). We used 10% because it felt "doable." The sentences we completed were:

-If I thought I was 10% more significant, I would ...
-If I thought I was 10% more likable, I would ...
-If I thought I was 10% more competent, I would ...

Then you start implementing some of these things and then you keep going and going ... not exactly a question as you had requested, but something to play with.

Thanks for letting me share.

- Sabrina

Re: If you believed you were enough, what would you do differently?

Written yesterday that the revolution I'd like to see is each person taking ownership of their enough-ness. :)

Re: How do you want to feel today?

Fresh as a breeze and magical in my touch.

Re: What are the best Inspirational or “Personal Growth” books you’ve read?

"The Seeker's Guide" by Elizabeth Lesser
"Life's Too Short for Tantric Sex" by Kate Taylor
"Finding Your Own North Star" by Martha Beck
"A Woman's Worth" by Marianne Williamson

Re: What’s your image of God?

Are you even just a little bit curious as to how it got to be so beautiful?

Re: What’s the best relationship advice you’ve ever given or received?

Randy Pausch has cancer and he gave a last lecture at Carnegie Mellon. For those interested:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ji5_MqicxSo

In his presentation he gave one piece of advice specifically intended for his young daughter that I found incredibly valuable. When it comes to men he said, "Ignore everything that men say. Pay attention to what they do." And to quote Rabbi Shmuley, "Love is not a feeling, love is an action." This resonated and revolutionalized how I both experience and express love especially in relationships of the romantic variety.

Re: What promise did you keep that changed your life?

Two years ago I promised myself that I would always be there for me no matter what - I believe it's called being your own best friend.

Re: If you had a totally open day, every day, what 4 or 5 things would you fill it with?

I love this! For smaller things, full and deep conscious breaths help a lot because we're I'm stressed I've noticed that my breathing is more shallow. Walks, taking down time with friends or doing activities that I enjoy (Pilates, hiking, authentic conversation with lots of intriguing questions to ponder).

Re: Mary Jaksch asks: What’s your best way of coping with stress?

I like this. When I went from wanting love, to being love, it was then that I could truly receive love and give out of love. It's so worth it!
