Tony it sounds like an episode of three's company.

Mosaic and Mars Hill (Seattle) are top on my list. Along with some of the ones on your list.

Culver's has got to be the best place in the world isn't it! So glad we got two of them down here! Now I don't have to visit Wisconsin anymore... well except for visiting family. ;)
