OK, but how is this question not totally loaded? First off, what does "capitalism" have to do with a free market? Capitalism as we know it consists of big businesses getting governments to pass policies that protect them against small-business and consumer-end market forces. Not really a free market there.
Furthermore, the question says "in its current form", and the article does not until the third paragraph, leading casual readers to false conclusions.
Finally, there appear to be no options besides "Capitalism" in its current form, and a nebulous idea of "more regulation" (without any "how", "by whom", "of whom", "for whom"), despite modern capitalism being the product of certain kinds of regulation that actively undermine the common man.

That's great, but when you equate a spirit of "fraternity" with armored thugs storming your estate should you not be considered "fraternal" enough, then the spirit kind of undermines itself.

You're missing the point. It's not about God keeping track of misdeeds. The point is trying to live a certain way, the way that's best for someone or the way that God wants someone to live. Of course, people disagree about what that means. But I personally do not make my life choices for fear of anyone's wrath. That's a child's way of looking at the issue. I base my choices on the kind of person I want to be.

Also, it's not arrogant to think the Creator of the universe is concerned with the details of individual lives. If the Creator of the universe were truly omnipotent and omniscient, paying attention to all these details would not be difficult.

So what's the problem? Just add a rotating 512 bit encryption key, so the odds of guessing it correctly are minute without actually getting your hands on said pacemaker before implantation. Make it react only to a very specific signal strength so it can only be interfaced with using special equipment and not just any radio.

Problem solved. This is not that big a problem and can be solved for 20 dollars worth of electronics and 2 hours of work.

Idiotic... a regular car converted in this manner is way to heavy... build it from carbon fiber and it may get double the miles... also, the article fails to mention how long it needs to sit in the sun for the batteries to be fully charged.

From where I sit, it appears to be a way to milk every last bit of money out of a mediocre album. It was only available online for a limited time, correct? Yet the CD will be in stores forever. Would you cry foul if some band released a CD, then released the same CD a few weeks later?

- Remember mccains accusations that Obama was somehow linked to the Palestinian Khalidi by giving him 80,000 dollars? Not 2 days later it appeared that mccain had given Khalidi 480,000 dollars or SIX times as much.
- Why did McCain declare Rev. Wright off limits? Because he also had , not one but TWO priest problems, Hagee Rev. Frank Pavone, Dobson
- McCain belongs to the party that practiced (not just talked about) welfare for bankers, and then had the gal to accuse Obama of 'Socialism'??
- Of course, his greatest crime on this front was the whole Bill Ayers thing. He accused (or let Sarah Pallin'-Around do it) Obama of associating with terrorists. All the while, McCain was endorsed, and got money from, Annenberg, who is Ayers sponsor too. But that's not all. McCain has ties to Gordon Liddy and replacement CIA-operatives, who committed terrorist acts in the Iran-Contra scandal.

So, while Obamas ties to Ayers-the-professor where flimsy at best, and to Ayers-the-terrrorist non-existent, the ties McCain had to actual terrorists, anti-semitic priests, criminal real estate developers and shady land dealers were all too real.

Talk about being guilty of something it accuses the Obama camp of ....
In one word: Hypocrisy.
