Yeah. Things were so much different in the 70s. Celebrities kept announcing that they were bisexual. Remember? Elton John was on the cover of People saying he was "bisexual." And Olivia Newton John. Joan Baez. David Bowie. At one point I said "Who's next? Ernest Borgnine?" It got so I couldn't read People Magazine anymore.

You know what's so funny about this post, Randy, back when I used to comment on exgaywatch, I said something like "We're all progressives here, right?" And one of the regulars there really took exception to that assumption. I soon ascertained that I was a little too much of a New Agey feminist tree-hugger for that crowd.

I don't like nuts in my muffins, my brownies or my ice cream.

It's not that I have anything against nuts. I eat nuts all the time.

It's just that I don't want somebody else deciding when, where and how I'm going to eat nuts.

If I want a muffin, I'll eat a muffin. If I want nuts, I'll eat nuts.

YOU DON'T HAVE TO PUT THE NUTS IN MY MUFFIN!!!

Funny I was actually thinking this morning about posting a video on my site of me singing my high school fight song. (The school closed in 1985, and I'm always looking for new ways to keep the fight song alive. I'm one of the few alumni who can still remember all the words.)

I'm jealous. I can't get any good garden pictures due to record-breaking rainfall in the Bay Area. My backyard looks like the set of "Swamp Thing."

Randy, a tip. Try livening up your longer posts with car chases, gun battles and/or celebrity cameos.
