in Should Knowledge Workers have E2.0 Ratings, Part 2 on Andrew McAfee's Blog
How else can an organization gauge employee response to Enterprise 2.0 than through measurement? If the process or product is significant, a nonresponse indicates resistance or apathy, neither of which are beneficial.

Oberman was on point, regrettably he was right on.

Just cannot believe that (She) would use such references to explain her wanting to stay in the race..... this whole thing is absolutely incredible coming from a woman who is learned and intelligent.

A VP candidate, not! She has flipped too many times!

in When will golf courses be made illegal throughout the world? on Golf Accessories, Q&A, tips and reviews
Wow! Never thought of that before. Have you ever been on a golf course? Don't think I'm a golfing guru or anything, but a golf course is truly Eco friendly.
There are trees albeit strategically placed and clustered. The 'green' is low maintenance for cost effectiveness because a golf course is a business and they, too, have to profit.
The watering is timed so players aren't soaked at play time. Although, it would be fun to watch if it slipped up now and then. ;)
Nature is semi-controlled. You can't regulate when or where a bird is going to relieve them self.
Personally, I am offended that I have to know someone that knows someone to be considered for membership and can only enjoy the course from the outside of the fence.

Another perfect day on the scorecard though Kali so that is good ! I know you can get back to full intensity if you want to bad enough. BTW thanks for dropping by my place. I've added you to my links (would have anyway even without doing a reciprocal thing as your blog is great).

cheers Donna

in OhGizmo! » Archive » Z-CoiL Shoes Are Apparently Not A Sight Gag on OhGizmo!
I also own a Z-CoiL shoe store. I wore Z-Coil shoes about 4 years before I opened my store. I traveled a lot with them, in Nepal coming down from 17,500 feet my knees did not bother me at all. Most of the other travelers were in serious pain. My trip was Pain free. I am sorry you are so concerned about what others might say about you but in my estimation, I would be shaking my head if and when you were in pain because you know about the product. I am only sorry many people do not know about the amazing advantages of this shoe.
Incidentally there is another great benefit to these shoes. One is better balanced on their own posture making walking and running easier and much more fun.

Hi,

You were so kind with your reps on CARM, I decided to look you up. What an adorable child and I can tell you are a wonderful family. I loved the pics of the food.

God bless you and your family!

You have a beautiful, refreshing blogsite! I enjoyed reading your thankful list. I am also eternally thankful for my husband!

Is there a website you can direct me to that can educate me on how to make a beautiful blog?

Thanks for reading my blog!

in Seen in the airport on Community Guy
I'm sure the problem is that everyone leaves for their trips with a wallet full of 20 dollar bills, fresh from the ATM, and make a stop in the airport shops for gum, a bottle of water and a magazine just so they can get change. It probably isn't easy to get a change order at the airport either.

I've been debating about the Dreft, actually. I need some advice from moms. For all of our laundry, I already use All Free and Clear with no dyes or perfumes. Do I NEED to buy Dreft? Isn't that really the point of Dreft, to not irritate baby skin? So much to think about.....

in Why point out they’re women? on Community Guy
Interesting indeed. I personally don't think there is any need to point out gender or race or any physical characteristics in a situation like this one. It would be like saying the winning team all wore khaki pants and white shirts - it is immaterial. The only way it's material is if it's something that females have previously been unable to do or have been excluded from. First woman priest? You bet that would be newsworthy BECAUSE of gender.

Personally, I don't question the motives behind women winning or succeeding in anything. My assumption is that women won for the same reason a man might have won - because they were the best.

I should try to find a consignment store. That's a great idea and one I hadn't thought of. I was very careful to not buy too many clothes pre-pregnancy for just that very reason. We were really trying and hoping for those two pink lines. The thing that irks me is that I bought many cute shoes that I can no longer wear. Not sure if I'll ever get to wear them again. Sigh.....And I have ONE pair of jeans that aren't capris and I also wear them every Friday. Hey, the fit (for the most part) and they cover my swollen ankles. I'm not too proud to wear them over and over.

I'll just throw my two cents in here too, and say that I'm not a comic book fan in general, but since Jake brought home his first issue of this book, I anxiously wait for him to finish it so I can read it.
