Hey guys, congratulations are in order. I very much respect your approach to the relationship that is marriage. It is a union between two people, not two people and their friends, and family. You can choose to do with it what you will, and I'm happy to hear your conclusion is mutual and agreeable. May the world grant the rest of your wishes in life.

Why not just a mobile version of the iTunes store? Something along the lines of what Amazon has done for the iPhone.

fredwilson texting is the universal mobile app. not everyone has iPhones. not everyone has phones with a fully functioning web browser. i have the latter on my curve and still enjoy texting on a phone more than browsing

Hi Fred, you may not have seen this yet, so I'll paste a link: http://iphone.unlock.no/ It is free unlocking for the iPhone. There is now a GUI to do it too. I have no experience with the two questions you asked, however :-P

Hey Micah, weight management doesn't have to be challenging. I'm sure Rich and Anita will steer you in the right direction. If you perceive there to be a problem, then your brain will react to it as a problem. ;-)

in Thoughts on Startup Weekend and Boulder | Andrew Hyde - Humble Yet Bold on Andrew Hyde
Hey Andrew, what I love about your position is that you're on the right side of the chronological scale with passion and great connections. When I was 23 I had a business under my belt, and lots of great ones boiling. The difference between us is that you're surrounded by fantastic people that really want to see you (and can help you) succeed. Startup Weekend is a great idea, and I expect lots of great things from it. But I don't expect it to be the last thing you do... and it is what comes next that is key.

Oh man... if you were near Denver I'd be all over this opportunity. We just purchased the latest MacBook Pro (with LED back lighting) for our developer. We used Bootcamp, and installed Vista Ultimate. It got a 5.0 user experience rating. He uses it to do browser testing with Parallels too. Great machine. And with the latest Apple Drivers for Windows, everything works in Vista including the back-lit keys.

I read/listen because of your work in Second Life. You're one of the better MDCs and it is interesting to see/hear your perspectives. I also respect the geographically-diverse staff and the challenges that presents.
