in US Supreme Court to Hear Challenge to the Voting Rights Act on Jack and Jill Politics
And its information like this that keeps me coming back. Thank you for putting the word out on this. Hopefully, as word spreads we won't be subjected to those ridiculous claims that black folk are about to lose their right to vote.

Why are we just hearing about this now? It happened on New Year's Day. Did I miss the coverage (was there any coverage outside of the Bay area?)? It's an incredibly sad story.

Rhondacoca Exactly...I have been waiting and sitting back passionately for this story to make headlines. Its now surfacing to most of the public via Youtube, local media and blogs.

Monie The protests have garnered the most attention.....and thus the media now wants to cover these "violent" protestors, since most of MSM is tabloid-like in nature anyway. That is why only now, most news organization want to discuss the murder of this unarmed, and what appears to be almost non-resistant young Black father being shot in his back while lying on his stomach.

Outside of SF-Oakland, the national media wasn't too concerned. But now that masses of people are angry and destroying property and yelling for justice, people want to cover the event.

I am so angry that yet again we are hearing another story of another UNARMED POC having their life cut short, in what appears to be gross negligence on the part of law enforcement.

And even now with numerous videos of the incident and witness statements placing blame squarely at the officers, it is possible that we may not see justice., yet again....because we all know we have been down this road before

in Obama’s National Service Plan= SLAVERY? Oh really? on Jack and Jill Politics
I'm surprised no one from the National Review has called for showing "A Birth of A Nation" again, so as to "inform" the public of what will happen if someone like Obama becomes POTUS.
