in From Geek to Freak: How I Gained 34 lbs. of Muscle in 4 Weeks on The Blog of Author Tim Ferriss
Wow!!

Along with the fat-loss diet look like two things I need to start today!

Thanks for sharing this with us!

Your book is great, I ordered it via Amazon first but the ship date went from 2 days to the first or second week of May so I dropped by my local Borders and found one copy that I snagged. I will be seeking a worthy recipient for the copy from Amazon when I finally receive it.

Excellent, Well reasoned post, which has helped me rethink my position. I am still not sure I can stop despising bush but at least I will stop hating him after the thoughts you have shared here.

I agree completely and I use them the same way you do. I would even go to the extreme that I tag in multiple architectures, blinklist, del.icio.us, blog. I only really have categories on my blog and they are a very small set in comparison.

True, True, My 7 year old daughter even complained about how bad it was, before we even said anything. You have to know that was bad.
