in CultureMob.Com Rolls Out New Features: Add An Event, Tell a Friend, Myspace, and Facebook Apps! on CultureMob Blog
I have a question and comment about your efforts in this area:
1) When will your service be nationwide? I only see 3 cities listed, and would like to include your site in my directory.
2) You may want to build your social network apps. with OpenSocial:
http://code.google.com/apis/opensocial/
Then you can distribute your apps. across multiple social network sites without having to write the code more than once.
Just my 2 cents.

A guess it's a possibility your whole crew will get food poisoning together, but who can really worry about this stuff? Think good and it will be good (and don't eat at questionable establishments, just to be safe).

in The Disney Rules Of Marketing on How To Split An Atom
How true it is that reducing pain is sometimes the most important part of marketing...
How often do we forget that the product or service we are trying to sell or create a demand for can be framed in terms of how it will reduce the 'pain' or tedium of everyday tasks.
Disney certainly understands this, as you pointed out regarding the entertainment they provide while standing in long lines (or simply shortening them thru various means). We all need to position our marketing not only in terms of what our product/service can do for the customer, but what pain it can REMOVE.
Thanks for the reminder.

Great review of that one - weird, because I just composed a list of the best Event Planning and management sites I could find.
The whole list is over at:
