Looks like projects in the works will be co-sponsored by the Weinsteins and Disney probably in a similar structure to what Sony will have with MGM going forward (Assume partial costs, get pro rata share of the film for their respective libraries).  This isn't consolidation or deconsolidation -- it's in an "other bucket."
