ok I'm a newbie when it comes to setting up this pix. When I add that static statement and the other access-list commands I can get into the network via vpn just fine, but all the computers on the inside network lose internet access. I took out the access-list and still had the same problem so I'm pretty sure it's caused by that static entry. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

I'm weird like you in this way, anyway. I was driving through a "bad" part of Houston years ago (of course it was just a predominantly Black neighborhood: not bad), when I saw a recently cleared lot with a heap of over 50 TVs, none of them working. At the time I was making sculptures out of TVs. I stopped and rooted around in them, picking out pretty chassis. Some old guys from next door came over and talked to me. I may have been wearing a dress? It had rained so there was dried mud caked in the open ones, and I was banging them together to loosen the dirt (without the tubes in them). I was grinning and trying to explain to them how happy I was to find these broken, dirty, old TVs. They laughed. I think they were laughing at me not with me.

I recommend dumpster diving near department stores, if there's access. I used to find lots of acrylic and chrome display stuff that I never knew what to do with, but it sure was pretty.

Poor John!!! He must've read the Devil's knot too!!!! LOL I love it when these people keep calling Miskelley borderline retarded.....cracks me up. Guess they didn't hear about his test scores being skewed a little. People love to throw that in there....that he was "coerced". Funny enough, that when he mentions chasing down Michael Moore.....nobody suggests that to him.....he offers that interesting bit of information all by his little "borderline retarded" self. He even goes on to describe the boy he chased....down to the very details of his little cub scout uniform.....and funny enough....nobody mentioned that to him either.

The hair from Terry Hobbs is called secondary transfer John. If my kids friends come to my house I can assure you that they would also find my hair and/or clothing fibers on them. The difference is....Terry Hobbs had a rock solid alibi......the WM3 have never ever been able to prove theirs.

He did a lot more than just wear black and listen to Metallica. My brother listened to AC/DC, sang highway to hell and also wore black but he never drank blood (which Damien readily admits to), brutalized animals (had a dog skull to prove it) or threatened to eat my father alive (which we all know Damien did). Stop defending child murderers.....take up a new cause thats worth while.

On the attempted Latin derivative- you've actually got it wrong, sort of.

"Political" and "polite" both have very similar etymology. However, by the time the Roman republic was formed, they were two different words. In fact, their spelling and respective meanings have remained pretty much the same.

"Politic" comes from the Latin "politicus" meaning "of the state", or depending on the usage, "republic." "Politicus" is a noun.

However, "polite" comes from the Latin "polio" meaning to "finish off, refine, or to make smooth." "Polio" is a first person verb, the adverb being "politre."

Now, if you want to go ALLLL the way back to when Latin was first being formed, you can see some relation. However, that would take quite a bit of fudging and thinking.
