I'm loving the routine chart, and Josiah loves helping me choose the magnets! Sarah from Little Billies was awesome - she always replied to my emails quickly, even outside of business hours. Was the asbestos used as insulation or tiling?

We have asbestos tiles on our roof. There is pretty much nothing for us to worry about because they are all intact and in good condition, and we are not in contact/working with them. We are saving to have the whole roof re-tiled though because we certainly don't want them there forever!

My brother went to a high school where it was found asbestos had been used as insulation, but I haven't heard of anyone getting sick from that (yet! :o/). It's a concern, but nothing to panic about in most cases, I think.

Woohoo, I'm so glad this comp is still open! I have been attempting to clean up my increasingly slower laptop for the last week, but it ain't easy when you have no idea what you're doing ;)

I admit I have been known to give Josiah some yoghurt and/or fruit if he won't eat the main meal. But that's because he's 2 and I'm not keen on letting him go to bed with an empty stomach just yet! We do however insist that he at least try what's on his plate, and most of the time, he's pretty good :)

Let me know how it goes on shower screens! I can NEVER get the glass completely scum-free, no matter how much I rub and scrub with various cleansers and scourers. Grrrrr.

I still think there is a difference between withdrawal symptoms and discontinuation symptoms. With the latter, it's purely physical; whereas with withdrawal/addiction, there is the added craving for the missed substance.

That said, I once went off Aropax (supervised) and that was really, really difficult, even though the doctor took me through it mega-slowly. I am back on it now and have no intention of ever coming back off it if I can help it - I take it for panic disorder, not depression, and I was a basket-case within 7 months of being off it. NEVER AGAIN.

I always take reports on TT/ACA with a grain of salt.

Do incandescent bulbs have any mercury in them? Or any other substance that is possibly harmful to inhale if the bulb is broken?

What level of mercury is considered 'safe' anyway?

There's probably another side to the story, which would be interesting to research.

What great timing for this competition! Now that Josiah is two and in his big boy bed, we are turning our attention to the potty!! So far he thinks it's fun to sit on, but hasn't figured out what it's for, lol.

I've learned a lot since Josh started working with Suncorp a few years ago. When it comes to cheap insurance, you often get what you pay for; look out for those 'catches'; and the BIG one is - always read the fine print!!! lol

Garbage bags for the rubbish?

This Christmas will be the first time I've prepared the meal! We've always been at someone else's home; this year we're having Christmas lunch by ourselves. I'm keeping it simple: ham, potato salad, garden salad, and bread rolls, with cake (preferably chocolate fruit cake, if I can find one) and cream & icecream for dessert :)

Do they put lipstick on to kiss the frog, or pin lips on?
