What happened to you guys are terrible but what happened (and still happening) to me (since the case is still unresolved) is even worse. Xanga is unique in that it is the only Internet company, in my experience, who is this lame and completely unresponsive to customer complaints. Considering that I am a premium (paying) member. Those emails you received are no guarantee, they are just empty promises meant to idiotize us like a bunch of preschoolers.
