For me, as owner of a small software development company, frequent - or at least tightly planned - releases are key to keeping a sense of momentum and avoiding distractions on trivial points.

The software we product is low-cost but not always free. One of our key selling points is ease of use. When people purchase our software they get direct communication with the development company and reassurance of continued development of the product.

The SEO Title Tag plugin sounds like a must. I managed to triple search engine traffic to one of my sites just by making the page titles more descriptive.

Of course, to get the page titles right, you've got to get the post titles right so using this on a log isn't a surefire route to success. Nevertheless, I'm going to give it a go.

I agree completely with points 2 and 3. In my role I continually see engineers writing proposals/ requirements that end up filled with neat ideas while missing the mark on the customer's needs.
