(DDRX)?

Tim, why do you try to create some sensationalistic conspiracy? Any user of Seeking Alpha knows that everybody can edit their own bios. I'd say that this was a shoddy piece of work and that you should get the facts straight except you KNEW this. You are a Seeking Alpha user yourself. And even if you couldn't connect the dots on your own, I saw that David Jackson, the CEO of Seeking Alpha, responded directly to your accusations and explained that they didn't edit the bio at all, the author did it himself:

http://seekingalpha.com/instablog/3-david-jacks...

Yet you failed to highlight his response any where and claim that you "caught" something that wasn't on the up and up. Sure, your post is juicer this way, but it isn't very accurate.

Re: Why I Left Seeking Alpha

I actually like the convenience of being able to follow all the bloggers that I like on one site (Seeking Alpha). While I do jump from Seeking Alpha to personal blogs often, I just don't have the time to regularly check the slew of bloggers I enjoy on their own sites. I never got into RSS feeds and prefer the browsing experience. So I for one will be sorry to see you leave Seeking Alpha. Hopefully I'll still remember to pop in here now and then.

Re: Overstock Sues to Overturn Overreaching New York Sales Tax Law

There have been some new developments in this on going issue. NY state may be backing down according to this new Seeking Alpha article:

http://seekingalpha.com/article/86766-amazon-ov...

Re: 2008/06/18/youtube-full-length-videos/

I think full length videos would be great. I've often wanted to post longer vids myself. But what is google's plan in the long run with youtube. It doens't seem to me that they are taking as much advantage of it as they could. There is a great article about this at seekingalpha.com where the CEO of google sheds some light onto their mysterious way of doing business. you can read it here:

http://seekingalpha.com/article/81014-google-ce...

Re: 2008/06/18/youtube-full-length-videos/

Here is another great one at Seeking Alpha about how google with youtube might take over the world! :)

http://seekingalpha.com/article/80453-will-goog...

Re: 2008/06/18/youtube-full-length-videos/

Widescreen would be awesome! Great idea! As for longer than 20 minutes, I'm often have to live overseas for work. As a first time parent I'd often like to upload longer videos like say of a 1 year old birthday party so my folks, friends and other family could see it. But alas, as of now, I don't have the option on youtube. I would definitely make use of the feature. I'd only fear that one day they would charge for a "premium account" to have access to that. But I guess google doesn't need our money for now.

Re: 2008/04/12/amazon-tax/

That true Taxman, but the issue is that no one (or virtually no one) actually reported their online purchases to the government.

BUT THERE HAVE BEEN NEW DEVELOPMENTS!!

According to Seeking Alpha, NY MAY REPEAL THE TAX!! You can read all about it in this article here;

http://seekingalpha.com/article/86766-amazon-ov...

Re: “Skimming” Apple

Sounds very cool.
