I am an Obama supporter. Having said that, the way for him to strike back is not, I repeat NOT, to regurgitate right-wing smears from the '90s. Whitewater, Travelgate, VINCE FOSTER (ARE YOU KIDDING ME?), no self-respecting Democrat would ever try to use this material because its crap, its lies and misdirection and its unworthy of a candidate like Obama.

Re: Christmas comes early for President Obama (Scripting News)

What? President Clinton met with Rev. Wright (who was part of a group) and this means....what? That Senator Obama is off the hook? The Wright issue is a problem for him not in the primary BUT IN THE GENERAL.

Re: Bush and Cheney must resign (Scripting News)

Not a chance in the world Bush and/or Cheney resigns. The Democrats? They would have already done it? The Republicans? They were angrier during the immigration stuff. The public? Bush's approval ratings have been abysmal since 2006. Not going to happen but I'll certainly tip my cap to you in a week if you're right.

Re: New moderator for Meet the Press? But Aaron Brown is actually a really great idea, one I hadn't thought of. Now that I think about it more it makes total sense but alas, like you, it seems unlikely. Maybe we could start a grassroots movement in support, a Draft Aaron Brown for MTP kinda thing?

Re: Jake Hurwitz

Do they not have sunlight in New York? And thats where I think things could go poorly. LeBron's pretty much the most dangerous fast break weapon maybe ever and Shaq likes to lumber his way up the court at a leisurely pace. What's been the main offensive criticism of the Cavs, that they stand around and watch LeBron too much. But now they 3 guys are going to be standing around watching LeBron, all while LeBron is holding up the ball so that Shaq can make it into the offensive paint with 12 seconds left on the clock. I know the rumored Tyson Chandler backup trade would have come with a longer contract but I'd want an athletic, fast (not to mention young as you said) center to pair with a guy like LeBron, not a close to over the hill one.

Re: A Few Last Thoughts On The Jordan Crawford/LeBron James Dunk That Never Was

Regarding point #3 I think Crawford actually wins if we never see the tape. The way the hype around this story has escalated in a couple weeks the dunk is just going to get more and more awesome as people retell it. In a couple weeks people will be saying Crawford did a backflip, then 360ed and dunked TWO balls at the same time over LeBron. But what if we saw the tape and the dunk wasn't as awesome as we were hoping, it was just "eh"? I'm guessing its a lot more fun imagining the dunk then actually seeing it.

Re: Why you should give Habari a chance

Michael Heilmann, the guy behind Habari's admin interface (who also was behind k2 for wp), posted a couple interesting videos on the process he went through in making it. <a href="http://binarybonsai.com/tag/monolith" rel="nofollow">http://binarybonsai.com/tag/monolith</a>

Re: Chaining Child Themes

Isn't this a little bit like what K2 does? With it's styles? One of my major attractions to K2 is that I only have to edit a stylesheet to change the looks of things, and I can switch back and forth from stylesheets rather easily.

Re: Milton Bradley Doesn&#8217;t Have Many RBI

Sign things have gone horribly wrong: when you do research to see if something is bad or historically bad.
